This has gone beyond ridiculous. I absolutely hate NS Power. An expected 13 hour outage because of wildlife? Good thing a salty cloud wasn't around at the same time -- it would be days before the lights came back on. They're charging more, their top execs make stupid high salaries, and their customer service SBHMC.

Did a little drawing... will probably add some slogans to the back and a finger for Rodney later...

Ah yes. It's now going to cost you 50 cents more per hour, IF you can find a parking meter to park at and contribute to conjestion of this dysfunctional city.

Watch out, if you are out shopping on Sunday for something you're not supposed to, or if someone is selling you some of that "cruel mistress" - food, the cops are gonna git ya!

THIS infuriates me.
Freedom of religion, fine, whatever, but it loses out when it conflicts with what should be a RELIGION FREE state. I don't have much more to type really, it's all just too insane. My head hurts. Posted by Judge_Fredd on 2006-02-10 12:16:02
WHY does CBC insist on referring to the city as Turin?? Why not simply call it Torino? Why in the hell for that matter, are the names of any places translated, at anytime, by anyone? They can't be, THAT'S THEIR NAME!!?! Perhaps it's because it's written like that on their shhhhheduuuaals.

Why?!?! does Microsoft documentation tend to always have a least (CONCEPTS - 1) * EXAMPLES!!!?!?!?! Why? And the concept I am interested in is ALWAYS the one left out.
"You can do this, this and this!" "Here's how to do this and this!" Even better is when you look up method X and the documentation simply indicates that "well, method X is the function that does X!" You've been an enormous help. Posted by Judge_Fredd on 2006-01-04 11:35:25
It's old news. But, as I find myself finally with the actual requirement for desireable, dependable, professional hardware at home - and therefore, looking at a Mac...I need to vent.

I need not say anything more.

In response to the Iraqis' discussion of the need for a timetable regarding US troop withdrawal, possibly as early as the end of next year (I believe).... DICK Cheney claims that it would be seriously risky and dangerous as it would threaten American security.
I can't even begin to wrap my fuckin' head around the stuff that comes out of those 3 fuckers mouths. Condoleeza, Cheney, and Bush - oh my. Posted by Judge_Fredd on 2005-11-04 10:44:36

Picked up System of a Down, Mezmerize.
If you think you might like what I could only best attempt to describe as a mixture of Red Hot Chilipeppers, David Bowie, Offspring, Yes, Sesame Street, Presidents of the US of A, Green Day, Sex Pistols, David Byrne, maybe some Faith No More, Moist... list could go on, it's got it all. Very tight talented creative bunch, I'd highly recommend it. Posted by Judge_Fredd on 2005-08-31 21:22:41
Hey. That wheel icon would be better if it was a Torq Thrust.
Anyhoo. Here's more photoshops I did of what my vision of what a "real" Charger offering from DaimlerChrysler could have been. Not that I expect many on here will appreciate my interest or enthusiasm, but who knows. Posted by Judge_Fredd on 2005-08-10 10:39:55
Fuck Windows.
In-fuckin-par-fuckin-ticular, fuck XP. Posted by Judge_Fredd on 2005-07-27 12:13:32
Why in the fuck, does Windows allow you to customize colours, when Microsoft applications themselves don't properly/completely support said customizations. Not to mention the aggrevation from web content which is generally just as bad.
It's pointless. Just hard code everything black on white and be done with it. Been like this since day one. Useless. Posted by Judge_Fredd on 2005-07-10 12:56:03
After all these years, the logistics of using a cell phone, for an expanded use directly associated with its purpose, IS STILL ASS.
Holy fuck. Long distance? I've talked to 6 different tech/sales people to try and get the same simple, accurate story. Not that there isn't a certain amount of complexity, but holy fuck. Broken links. Jesus christ, is the fucking question "HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I'M OUT OF THE LOCAL CALLING AREA?" so fucking hard to understand? Jesus fuck. It's like a new adventure for the sales and tech people everytime you ask a fucking question they should have a set of materials to answer with. Makes perfect sense once you figure out the rules, but why in the name of Zeus' butthole does it have to be like pulling teeth to extract information on a service you are paying for. Though I can see without that information, they might make more money -- maybe it's a passive move on that note....who knows. And, System Access fee? What kind of fucking airline bullshit is that? Nice to break apart the costs for the consumer that are required, regardless, and only advertise based on "some" of the costs. Bullshit bullshit bullshit. Then there is activation and administration fees. Ya. Thanks. There's some supreme bullshit. So I pay 40 bucks for a 5 minute phone call to some tech at a PC screen to "activate" my cell phone. Another cost extracted from the "real cost" so they can make it look like it costs less. Gimme one fucking price and a good explaination of the service and conditions of use. Is that too much to fucking ask!?!?!?!?!? Posted by Judge_Fredd on 2005-06-01 18:27:26
So. There's no topic for Automotive, so I picked Cool Stuff.
Anyhow, I ranted before about the Daimler '06 Charger. And yes, even surrounding that I had another technology "WTF" happen to me today, but rather than rant about that, here are basically the final versions of "my" what if things were different at Dodge. Ah yes. It's Monday. And the same build routine that has worked for the last 10 mos, save one other inexplicable-wonderous-and-mysteryous-reinstall-to-fix-the fucking-who-knows-what-the-fuck-really-went-wrong error, has decided it doesn't want to work again.
Best is that the compile actually works, it has a problem writing the executables. Joy. New updates are available!!?! Gee really?? Thank you so much. Here's a plan. Now- now, just hear me out. It's pretty radical. How about you finish your FUCKING software before you FUCKING sell it? Posted by Judge_Fredd on 2005-04-18 08:49:31

The missile's 10-tonne booster rocket had been expected to land within 25 kilometres of the 200,000-barrel-a-day Hibernia platform.
WHAT IN THE FUCK?!?! Postponed indefinitely, I SHOULD FUCKING HOPE SO. http://www.ctv.ca/servlet/ArticleNews/story/CTVNews/1112899545515_108308745/?hub=TopStories |
